I have hired First-Rate Electric 3 times now. Project one was electrical hookups for 2 sump pumps under my crawlspace. They had an ingenious idea to hook them up to 2 GFI circuits in my utility room so I could control the power from there, without having to crawl under the house. The second project was wiring for a water pump and bladder tank, and the 3rd was to A) Relocate 2 switches in pantries to a more reasonable location (Closet pull-string setup) and troubleshot an issue where my closet light would always stay on. Joe does exactly what he says he will do and sometimes goes that extra mile to make difficult things happen!
